Based on the in-depth evaluation and the As-Built drawings, the design team develops several distinctive options for you to explore. These layouts are explored in plan view and sketches to ascertain the ideal design direction. Interior design inspiration in the form of pictures and materials are also discussed. The goal is to walk move forward with a clear design direction in both the architecture and interior design of the space.

REFINEMENT

In this phase, the design specifics are explored and confirmed in 3D. Details such as trim profiles, cabinet details, doors, and windows are reviewed and established in both the 3D and project floor plans. With a more detailed budget, final design changes can be made to satisfy both the design intent and the budget constraints of the project.
