At JP Compass, our estimate sets us apart.  We are detailed and straightforward and our estimates show it.  We start by getting a good understanding of the client, not just the scope of work through the drawings, but their level of quality and how they will operate day-to-day during the construction project.  The primary subcontractors are then brought onsite to review the project nuances in person, which ensures the most accurate estimate possible.  These components are entered into a detailed estimate that includes breakdowns by category so that the client understands exactly what we are providing.

the Right Manager for the job

During project kick-off, the project manager is introduced and a project cadence is established to ensure your needs and expectations are met.  The project timeline is reviewed and a regular meeting is established to facilitate routine communication from the first day of the project.  Our project managers pride themselves on customer focus, and make themselves available at any point during the project to discuss your questions, concerns, or to identify changes you may want to make to the scope of work. Project logistics are reviewed so that you understand exactly how we plan to execute your project with as little disturbance as possible to your daily life.

The Gantt chart clearly communicates the project goals and milestones with all the project stakeholders.  It is a virtual representation of the project timeline, giving JP Compass project managers total visibility and allowing them to deliver your build on time.

MANAGING CHANGE: ELECTRONIC CHANGE ORDERS

One of the most difficult areas to manage in any endeavor is change.  JP Compass digitally logs every project change and details both the scope and cost involved in implementing that change.  The customer then has all the information required to approve the change.

we make sure everything is perfect

JP Compass works hard to make sure your project finishes on time.  As we near project completion, we focus on getting you into your home as quickly as possible.  We perform a thorough review to make sure everything is completed to both your and JP Compass’s high standards.  A detailed punch list is agreed upon and signed that defines project completion.  You are free to move into the new or renovated space while we quickly complete the finishing touches and turn over your dream home to you.
